Machine Vision | PET Preform Fully Automatic Inspection & Packaging Line – Full Inspection + Dual-Mode Packing

The Automatic PET preform inspection and packaging production line is primarily designed for  comprehensive inspection of preforms and packaging. According to different order requirements, qualified preforms are either loaded into large metal cages by a dual-head case packer or packed into customized small cartons through an automatic cartoning system.

The entire system consists of two sections: the front section is the preform inspection system, which mainly includes an automatic tipper, hopper assembly, lifting machine, preform sorter, inspection machine, box distribution line, and packaging elevator. The rear section is the automatic cartoning system, comprising a dual-head case packer, automatic carton erector, automatic bagging machine, print-and-apply labeling machine, weighing machine, automatic bag sealing and lifting machine, carton sealer, and strapping machine.

Based on the above configuration, our company has successfully completed the upgrade and implementation of the PET preform fully automatic offline inspection and packaging production line, achieving fully automated integrated operations across the entire process of preform quality inspection, re-inspection screening, and secondary packaging.
